Julie and her family have lived in Goldsboro since 2001 when her husband was stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. She and her husband have been married for over 21 years since they met in England which happens to be Julie’s native country.

Mr. Lozano has since retired from the military and they chose to stay in Wayne County with their two children due to their love for this welcoming community. Her children, family and herself currently reside in the Rosewood community.

Julie has been a Real Estate Broker since 2006, working with new construction, renovated homes and relocation services. Being a military wife for 17 years helps her in working with families in transition. Her over pouring love for the community allows her to enjoy helping others in buying and selling real estate in Goldsboro and Wayne County alike.
